As this is a business contract hire, not a privately leased vehicle, the car provider will invoice the company directly for the monthly cost of the vehicle and any extras. The company will then need to pay this within the terms stated on the invoice and the contract they signed with the lessor (usually by direct debit).
When will the car provider charge the company?
Once the car has been delivered to the employee, regardless of delivery date, the lessor will invoice the company for that month in full.
How will the car provider charge me?
In the majority of cases, they will charge you by direct debit, monthly.
Who does the invoice get sent to?
The invoice will be sent to whoever signed the lease documents, which is usually a company director or signatory.
Can we request invoice's are sent to someone else?
Should the company wish for the monthly invoices to be sent to another person/ team within the company or sent a different way (eg. digitally or hard copies in the post), you will have to contact the car provider directly to make those changes. Due to strict data protection policy, the individual who is currently receiving the invoices will need to make the request.
