Invoices & payroll
The following documents are provided here:
- Payroll instructions
- Our Administration Fee invoice
- P46s
- P46 returns
The ECS invoice is uploaded with the first 7 days of each month.
Invoices from the lease or subscription provider are NOT included in your Employer Portal. The company will receive those invoices directly from them.
Orders
Here you can view and manage individual employee car orders. You can see information such as the car details, Schedule of Salary Sacrifice, Employment Contract Amendment Agreement and Order Form.
Employees
View and add employees who can take part in the Scheme. All employees added will begin receiving scheme onboarding emails from the launch date agreed with your account manager.
Employer Details
This holds employer details such as VAT registration number, phone number and staff attrition rate. This can be updated any time.
Scheme coordinator
View and update the Scheme coordinator information
Signers
View and manage the people able to sign different types of documents related to the Scheme, e.g. lease contracts, employment amendments.

Direct Debit
This is the direct debit mandate set up for your company to pay The Electric Car Scheme fee. You can view and update them here. No payments will be delivered until your employee(s) have had their car delivered to them.
