In any instance we are sorry to hear a customer believes they have cause for complaint. Should you wish to make a complaint please email us at complaints@theelectriccarscheme.com.
We ensure all complaints are thoroughly investigated and responded to as soon as practical (and no later than 4 weeks from the date the complaint is made). As part of our investigation, our team may contact the customer to ask for further information to ensure we obtain all details and facts relating to the issue at hand.

Once we have investigated the complaint thoroughly, we will provide the customer with a final response by email. Our final response will clearly set out clearly including the following:
- A summary of the complaint
- Findings of our investigation
- Proposed resolutions
- If we uphold or do not uphold the complaint
If we do not uphold your complaint, our response will clearly explain why.
