All invoices for the car are issued directly to the employer by the car provider. These are addressed to the person who signed the lease or subscription agreement, which is typically a company director.
Requesting Invoice Copies
If you have any questions about your car invoices, such as requesting a copy or confirming where invoices are being sent, please note that the employer must contact the car provider directly.
Due to customer data protection regulations, The Electric Car Scheme cannot make these requests on behalf of your company.
Car providers will only act on invoice-related queries submitted by an authorised representative of the employer.
